How to Become a Dealer of Quality Cartridge Products

At Quality Cartridge we value and fully support our dealer network. If you would like to become part of our National Dealer Network, please review the qualifications below, as well as read our general terms and conditions. When you submit your FFL and/or Business License we will provide a copy of our Dealer Terms and Conditions.

1. Please submit the following information to become a Dealer:

      A. Signed copy of your FFL

            1. If you do not have an FFL, you may qualify for a Trade Discount.

            2. Please submit any other business information (as listed below) and we will see if you qualify for a Trade Account.

      B. Copy of State Tax ID / Certificate

      C. Local Business License (if applicable)

      D. Photo of your Retail Storefront

            1. This is only required if you would like us to provide a "Dealer Packet" consisting of a Counter Display, 25 Retail Catalogs, and Window Decal.

            2. Dealer Packet is FREE OF CHARGE when you provide a photo of your Retail Storefront.

            3. Additional Retail Catalogs are available as needed.

2. Once this information is received we will setup your Dealer Account, provide you with a copy of our Dealer Terms and Conditions, and inform you of the Discount Level you qualify for.

3. If you would like to become a "Stocking Dealer" please contact us for details.

      A. This is a NEW program we introduced in the summer of 2014

      B. Benefits:

              a. We can help pick initial inventory based on our "top sellers list"

              b. Credit for 50% of initial inventory*

              d. Display provided at cost if necessary

            4. Stocking Dealer Packet, along with your initial inventory, you will receive the following:

              a. 25ea Catalogs

                    i. Catalogs have place for your address label on back

                    ii. Additional catalogs available as needed at no charge

              b. 1ea Counter Display for Catalogs**

              c. 5ea Business Cards

              d. 1ea Window Decal**

              e. 1ea T-shirt (please specify size)**

              f. 1ea Counter Mat**

              g. 1ea Coffee Mug**

              h. 1ea Current-year SHOT Show Lapel Pin (subject to availability)**

            5. Drives Impulse-Buy

              a. Allows your customers to be aware of the many products you can supply

              b. Puts product in front of your customers

              c. Increases awareness

            6. Protected territory

              a. We will have only 1 stocking dealer per zip-code

              b. Ensures you won't be competing against someone right next door

            * Credit applied to subsequent orders applied at upto 25% of each following order until initial-inventory credit is used up.

            ** Additional items available for a nominal charge

      Stocking Dealer Requirements

            1. Must have "01" FFL

              a. In certain situations this may be waived

              b. Contact us for details

            2. Must have a storefront

            3. Must provide photo of storefront (electronic copy perferred so we can add to our website)

            4. Must provide photo of store interior

            5. Must have Business License

            6. Must have State Tax ID

            7. Must have regular business hours

            8. Initial inventory

              a. We can assist in chosing initial inventory.

              b Customer-specified inventory

                    i. You specify products as long as it meets the minimum dollar amount

                    ii. Subject to stock we have on hand

                    iii. Must meet Initial Minimum

            9. Must meet annual minimums to maintain Stocking Dealer Status

            10. Submit Stocking Dealer Package, containing:

              a. Stocking Dealer application, check-list, and above information

              b. Initial inventory purchase order

              c. Payment

                    i. Check

                    ii. Money Order

                    iii. Credit Card Information (may be called-in)
